Original Turkish Model 1939 Mauser Bayonet with Reinforced Muzzle Ring for M1 Garand Rifle Availability_International s initialsOriginal Item: Single edge 10" blade, wood grip scales complete with all steel scabbard. Unusual in that this particular model was only adopted by the Turkish Military instead of half the third worlds like most Mauser Contract Rifle Bayonets, unique and unlike the standard issue, this rare variation has a reinforced muzzle ring that was modified for the M1 Garand Rifle. The Turks, like several of the NATO nations, had Garands. Used but good condition.
